Treated areas
Six anatomical areas managed by a multidisciplinary team: physiotherapists, physical preparation coaches and a coordinated network of specialists — one goal, one team.
Manifesto
Pain is never isolated. It tells a story — of load, posture, compensation. Our role is to read it, then correct it to the root.
Most care stops when the symptom disappears. We go further: complete clinical assessment, targeted imaging when needed, coordination with the doctor, then progressive rebuilding of the area until performance returns.
Each area protocol combines the physio's hands with the coach's eye. When the case requires it, Dr Massimo Donalisio steps in for imaging and regenerative medicine (shockwaves, PRP, ultrasound-guided injections). One team, one strategy.
For whom
Four profiles, one standard
Whether post-op or in-season, the logic is the same: precise diagnosis, coordinated care, measured return to performance.
- 1
In-season injured athlete
Return to play without losing condition. Physio and preparation in parallel, objective return-to-play criteria.
- 2
Post-operative
Progressive rehabilitation coordinated with the surgeon. Clear phases, validated progression criteria.
- 3
Recreational athlete & runner
Tendinopathies, patellofemoral syndromes, plantar fasciitis: precise diagnosis then load and technique correction.
- 4
Sedentary active
Chronic low back pain, postural neck pain, painful shoulder. Restore mobility and prevent long-term recurrence.
Method
Four steps, one team
Each area follows the same architecture: medical first, physio and physical preparation in parallel, imaging and regenerative medicine if clinically warranted.
- 1
Medical consultation
Initial diagnosis by a doctor. Non-negotiable starting point.
- 2
Physio clinical assessment
Area-specific tests, red flag screening in priority.
- 3
Physio + preparation in parallel
Manual therapy treats pain, strengthening rebuilds function. Both progress together.
- 4
Regenerative medicine if needed
With Dr Massimo Donalisio: targeted imaging, injections, PRP, shockwaves.
