Femoroacetabular impingement
Protocol from 4'860 CHF · ≈ 10 weeks

Common causes
- Abnormal contact between the femoral neck and the acetabular rim

Symptoms
- Groin pain, especially in deep flexion (squat, pivot)

Diagnosis
Our approach
The first step is always a medical consultation. Complementing this: clinical tests (FADIR) by the physiotherapist. MRI with Dr Massimo Donalisio to confirm and look for an associated labral tear.
Care at Off-Field
- Physiotherapy
- Physical preparation (strengthening, controlled mobility)
- In coordination with Dr Massimo Donalisio when indicated: injection if needed, surgical referral if conservative care fails
